Our Story: Built on Innovation

Originally founded in Germany in 1951, DILO takes its name from the German word “dichtungslos,” meaning “without o-rings,” which pays homage to the factory’s first innovation: self-sealing metal-to-metal couplings that guarantee leak-proof connections.

To better serve our expanding North American market, DILO Company Inc. was established in Odessa, Florida, in 1990. We are a family business, with a global presence, that values customer service and employee well-being over everything else. 

In 2015, our service division, DILO Direct was established. Since then, DILO Company and DILO Direct have expanded to employ over 50 individuals and representatives across four states: Florida, Arizona, Texas, and Oregon. Our sales and services extend to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and select regions of South America.
