About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing U.S. team. This position plays a key role in connecting customers with the right solutions — from gas handling equipment to service and training — while providing exceptional support throughout the sales process. You’ll work closely with our regional managers, operations, and service teams to ensure every customer interaction reflects DILO’s commitment to quality and care.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, quotes, and order processing.
Develop accurate proposals and product recommendations based on customer needs.
Collaborate with field sales and technical teams to support customer projects and service requests.
Manage CRM data and maintain up-to-date records of leads, quotes, and opportunities.
Track and follow up on open quotes and renewals to ensure timely closure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in technical sales, customer service, or industrial distribution.
2+ years of inside sales or customer support experience (energy, manufacturing, or industrial sector preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn technical product details.
