Description
Mini Plus D-340-R001is the latest example of DILO’s extensive expertise in manufacturing SF6 recovery systems. It retains all benefits of the highly acclaimed and extremely popular D-320 Series introduced in 1998.
Although the D-320 Series has always outperformed its competition, the new D-340 Series delivers processing speeds and features never before available in the portable class.
The Mini Plus TS improves recovery speed when compared to the original D-320 model through the implementation of tuned gas flow methods and high flow solenoid valves.
The sunlight readable touch screen operation in conjunction with process logic controlling makes the D-340 TS the easiest and safest to use SF6 Gas Reclaimer ever. The logic control totally supervises every process while demanding minimal user input.
Performance
Compressor Recovery:
60 lb SF6 gas per hour average recovery rate from 75 psig down to 0 psig. Total SF6 reclamation capability is 99.6%.
System Refill:
Average refill rate is 100 lb SF6 per hour from 1 torr to 75 psig
